- 100 g sundried tomato
- 75 g soaked cashews – wet weight
- 1 pinch parsley
- Soak cashews overnight in filtered water.
- Drain the water and put the cashews, sundried tomato and parsley in a blender and mix until the ingredients have combined
- Serve with crudites or crackers
