This raw vegan pate recipe is super easy. All it takes is three ingredients, some preparation and you’re done!

  • 100 g sundried tomato
  • 75 g soaked cashews – wet weight
  • 1 pinch parsley
  1. Soak cashews overnight in filtered water.
  2. Drain the water and put the cashews, sundried tomato and parsley in a blender and mix until the ingredients have combined
  3. Serve with crudites or crackers
